Coaches & Managers

One of the essential functions of coaches and team managers is to manage team communications with players and their families.  If you are a coach or team manager, SportsEngine has created a Team Management Guide for Coaches and Team Managers to help you use our website and mobile app to efficiently and effectively communicate and manage your teams. 

Volunteer Requirements

  1. Register as a coach, assistant coach or general volunteer.
    *You must create an account to register.
  2. All coaches and volunteers must pass a background check

Keeper League Rules

Please see the attached file for the Queen Creek Heat Little League Softball Property Player rules. Our league rules take precedence over little league international rules. 

Scheduling and Locations

League Practice Locations and Scheduling
 

Coaches have the option of scheduling practices outside of the times and dates available for the league at their own expense. 
 

The Town of Queen Creek Parks and Recreation Department
Coaches will need to rent directly from the Town of Queen Creek Parks and Recreation Department. The fields available through the Town are Desert Mountain Park and Founder's Park.

Fees for private renting:
Residents: $20 per hour plus $18 per hour for lights
Non-Residents: $30 per hour plus $27 for lights

*If renting for the first time you will need to go down to the Parks and Recreation office.

HOA Greenbelts
Please be aware that HOA's have the right to refuse use of their greenbelts for your practice. Please reach out and receive permission before proceeding.
